Staff was very helpful and amazing. Hotel is below average, Internet went down all stay no Internet. Mobile service was poor as well as no WiFi made trip worst. Breakfast was below average, only 1 guy was working and doing everything including cooking.

Lovely and clean , helpful staff . There was no hot water in the room , the shower was impossible to regulate with the controls . There was also no plug for the bath . We were only staying for one night and were tired on the day so did not raise these issues . Nice sized room as a family room with tea, coffee well stocked . Toiletries also supplied .

Lovely man Tom who was very friendly/ even took our bags up to room with my husband having a bad hip .Close to some little bars and a few nice restaurants. Try the little Greek restaurant opposite the co op convience shop .Food is delicious and home cooked traditional Greek food serving by the owner and his daughter . Nice big room we stayed in which allows dogs /right opposite beach at top end

So far the Manor Hotel is a great place to stay. This is right on the beach and 10 minutes walk to town centre so we didn’t use the car for most of the days. We actually walk to all the local attraction in Llandudno. Coming back to the hotel, the manger of the place Tom was amazing. He was very friendly, accommodating when we needed anything and he made sure our stay was pleasant. I really recommend this to anyone visiting Llandudno

Good hospitality and friendly staff Should keep attention on safety such as electric wire cords as it’s not suitable for kids (not approved cord with covered plug ports) Other all good. Heating is good

Positives: Free parking on the street, WiFi at the property. Staff friendly, Negatives: booked a deluxe suite but received 2 different rooms on the same floor with shared bathroom. Even if we were the only ones at the floor it had direct access from the staircase. Pictures are misleading, the property looks much worse. Poor options on breakfast.
