The property is well maintained. The workers who take care of landscaping and plants are doing an amazing job. However; they should improve in things like bringing drinking water, toilet paper, taking care of trash in a timely manner; the wait time after we asked for a drinking water, and toilet paper and a pair of fresh towels was four hours…. What makes them get those necessities in such a long time? Also, they should continue being nice and polite after the customer said their firm “no” to buying rental properties. After I said my “thank you, but no” to their request to buy their 10 year vacation property membership; they turned cold and unresponsive. Even the food was not prepared that well. They should learn to accept “no” with grace and respect. Please teach them that.
