The good: The woman working the front desk was super friendly. The pool was actually an ok temperature (usu. they are very cold). Location convenient. Property well lit. Room clean overall.
The bad: the whole property showed signs of significant wear incl. a tear in the curtain, chipped wood in bathroom, scratches on dresser, blue stain on carpet, stains on sheets, worn carpets, tile, etc... Elevator was out of service. The front desk clerk was very nice & apologetic & they did get it fixed by the next day. The whole splash pad area was out of service. The setup in our room was super weird. When the fold out bed was open there was no room to walk. After moving the desk chair there was a very small amount of space. This made it hard to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The blanket we were given for the fold out bed was literally see-thru thin. When I asked for an extra pillow for the fold out I was told there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. How can you not have enough pillows for the number of beds you have available?
The woman working breakfast did not speak any English, not even enough for us to ask her for milk. There was no milk cartons, only in a carafe. Every other Comfort Inn we have stayed at has had cartons. The plates for breakfast were the thinnest paper plates. The overall selection at breakfast was not the standard we are used to with Comfort Inn. The breakfast trash can and outside dumpster were both overflowing. Would not stay again.
