Parking was easy, but there were multiple vehicles parked in the lot throughout the day with people running in and out of the hotel. Bikes, dogs, and people with few teeth wandered in and out, going to the upstairs areas. Most of the rooms are blocked off with renovation stickers, but our room was very worn down, dirty floors, broken toilet seat, mirror looked like it had been in a fire. However, once in the room, it was quiet aside from the occasional barking of the dog tied to the tree outside the room. I did not feel safe walking across the street to the diner as small groups of people carrying garbage bags and riding bikes lingered around the entrance. Check in was easy, but once again, I should have guessed what the stay would be since the check in was in a small room attached to a lobby (similar to a pawn shop where you are completely separated from the representative checking us in.) Despite our room being booked as non-smoking, everything reeked of smoke in our room--pillows, sheet, one light blanket. I would say good for the price, but this should be a $50/night or by the hour hotel.
