El hotel tiene una súper ubicación cerca de todo! Lo malo es que está tan cerca que hay muchísimo ruido. Los cuartos a pesar de que el clima es frío el cuarto está muy caliente ponen ventiladores y abres la ventana pero aún así se sienten calientes… El personal muy muy amable… Un plus tiene lavadora y secadora sin costo, te ofrecen fruta, café, galletas, chocolates sin costo… Si regresaría!

The room was like a sauna. When I walked into the room there was a Dyson fan on the highest setting and I quickly found out why. I needed it on all night and it wasn’t even really blowing properly.

We checked into our room but was way too hot, you could tell that they were aware of this issue as there were three fans in situ. We talked to the front desk about it who were very helpful and offered us another room. The second room however was just as hot. After this didn’t work we requested a refund and stayed elsewhere

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel le temps d'une nuit en raison d'un voyage express à Dublin pour un examen dans mon université, le lieu était facile à trouver, le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. La chambre était propre et chaleureuse, peut être un peu trop, il faisait vraiment très chaud, heureusement, il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre ! Je ne les ai pas utilisé, mais l'hôtel propose un service de restauration, et de casier pour stocker des choses (il faut payer). Mon séjour s'est très bien passé, j'ai découvert une adresse très sympa que j'ajoute à mes favoris !

This is a very interesting property, colorful and large clean rooms. The bed seemed a little too “springy”, IMO. There is an attached bar to the property. More like a night club when we popped in to check it out. But no need to worry, there are plenty of local establishments within walking distance! The staff at check in were very friendly and accommodating, as well. There is the AirPort Express bus that has a stop very close to the property as well.

Pro: Great staff. Central location. Comfortable bed. Con: Almost constant noise either from the street or the pub downstairs -- and the latter can be loud and late, especially on weekends.

We stayed for 1 night. The location was great, the service was good, the problem was the room. The room had everything you could have needed for the night, however it had no openable windows and no air conditioning. It was about 20 degrees in Dublin last night and the room was swelteringly hot. We barely slept at all. We were provided with a fan however this only really served to propel the heat towards us and was very very loud. Apart from this, the hotel was good, I just have to take serious points off due to not being able to sleep (the only things we really needed to do in the hotel).

Staff were very friendly and eager to help on any query put to them. The design, decor and style of the hotel is unique and suits the holiday mood and the Dublin vibe. Our double bed + 1 single bed room was spacious and luxurious while overlooking a vibrant Dame Lane. Actually the location is perfect really. With Molly Malone’s statue a couple of blocks away, you can almost envisage her wheeling her barrow down Dame Lane back in the day. Would only suggest that lighting needed to be a bit stronger in the room (high ceilings but just one ceiling bulb) given that DBS building opposite blocks out some light. There was emergency ceiling fixing in the lobby while we stayed there which was handled very professionally and staff and workers did their best to ensure safety of guests. Displaying a sign notifying of what was happening while reassuring guests would be a good thing to do if ever such similar work has to happen again. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely visit again 👍

Room 206 had the heater on at 30 degrees. Not that it needed it as the room turned out to be like an overnight! Having lowered the temperature, we realised the window was just for show and we couldn’t open it! So we tried to sleep in a room with two desk fans and a Dyson ‘cool’ air. It was boiling throughout - even the next day. When I raised this with reception, I received shrugged shoulders and ‘I don’t know why’. On the plus side, it was clean and the mattresses were comfy.
