Lovely rooms in a nice location which are well decorated and set up. Didn't eat or have any breakfast as I left early. Will use again as the couple who came to visit me for a night of fun also loved the discreet entry and exit and free parking.

I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou

The pub itself is quite rundown but the staff are mostly friendly, the room was very comfortable but could of done with a little touch of paint, the food was really good with lots of choice. the staff behind the bar were both very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately what we experienced on our final morning left us both very disappointed, as per the instructions we left out order for our breakfast and the time we required breakfast with the staff the night before, on getting down for breakfast we went and sat down in the bar area as we had done the previous day (we were early as needed phone signal and there was none in room). Whist sitting there we could hear quite clearly the f’ ing and other swearing coming from the kitchen regarding the people in room we were staying in saying how could we just turn up for breakfast, a lady then came and asked us if we had ordered breakfast, on explaining we had and who we ordered with she went back into the kitchen and shared what we had said, the swearing then ramped up even more over the fact that not only had we ordered breakfast we had asked for scrambled egg with it to, after having to sit and listen to the foul language we decided to tell the kitchen that we would no longer bother with breakfast and we left. On leaving there was also a black Labrador in the kitchen which I am sure breaks health and safety rules too.

The Crown Inn is a gem of a property. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included when you book to stay here. There’s a good choice of food on the menu and reasonably priced. The bus stop is right outside which is great for getting to near by Kings Lynn. I would recommend staying here.

Very welcoming and friendly to us humans and our Spaniel. Charlotte and team made our stay very comfortable. Very reasonably priced stay and surprisingly quiet as adjacent to a road. The pop up burger van was a win as we arrived post Sunday roast time and thought we’d go hungry :)

This is a great value B and B. Although over a pub and close to a main road, very quiet. The pub serves good pub meals, reasonably priced and the staff are very cheerfull. Breakfast was good and the rooms are pleasantly decorated and clean. A great place to stop if you are in the area. The atmousphere in the pub was freindly but not in anyway rowdy.

Stayed on a Sunday night as part of a business trip for a meeting Monday morning. I wanted to arrive late so I could spend time with my family at home so I phoned and I was told I had to be there for 8pm or I wouldn’t be allowed in. Understand it’s a pub hotel but this annoyed me a bit.

Crown Inn Stay

We were down for the Heritage Live gig at Sandringham, and booked the Crown Inn for the night. Beautiful room and bathroom within a lovely and traditional setting. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Please be aware of the low ceilings if you’re taller than 5ft 5in. Every amenity provided. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Lovely "boutique" room with a fabulous bathroom. We were in Regis (room 3) and it is a great size with a really comfortable bed. There was a roll-top "proper" bath as well as a large waterfall showing in the lovely large bathroom. The staff were so friendly (as were all the locals) in this typical English pub

Comfortable room

The Crown seems a bit tired and we felt we didn’t want to eat an evening meal there. The accommodation was lovely and clean and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard. If staying bring your own pillows. The breakfast was basic but the landlady was lovely. We stayed because we had been at a funeral in Swaffham and visiting Sandringham.

Overnighter

Fantastic experience would highly recommend this wonderful Inn. We had a wedding reception to attend and booked the Crown Inn to stay. A warm welcome awaited us on arrival, our room was fantastic well equipped and a cosy relaxing place to unwind. We had dinner, was a well balanced menu of traditional pub food. Definitely worth the wait. The shower was really good. Breakfast next morning was enough a well cooked full English, cereal toast OJ and tea or coffee. Will be back

A nice old pub. Staff friendly. However, it was let down by the smell of serious damp from the bathroom which pervaded into the bedroom making it difficult to sleep. It's also a potential health hazard. Its a shame because it had been nicely set up in boutique style. We were in room 3.
