Basement Toilets

I had a single room with a shared bathroom but the bathroom was very far from my room and down a set of stairs. When I checked-in I tried to get information about an upgrade but the clerk became very impatient and angry. He began yelling at me and muttering angry words in German. I kept my original booking because of the clerk's behavior and because I was extremely tired. The room was a bit loud but mostly inconvenient. No sink nearby. No kettle or fridge available to use. I chose this hotel instead of a hostel thinking I would like some extra privacy. Instead I got a hassle and very few amenities.

Es war ja nur für eine Nacht. Das Mobiliar ist erschreckend einfach. Die Fliesenfugen in der Dusche laden nicht zum Duschen ein. Ein Fenster (Dachschräge) wegen der Anordnung eines Bettes nur turnend zu erreichen, um zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen. Für den DZ-Preis von € 93,-- bekommt man in Berlin weitaus bessere Angebote.

Hotel bem simples mas correspondeu nossas expectativas. Quarto muito bom, limpo, confortável. Só senti falta de algo que ventilasse um pouco. Fazia muito calor e não há ar condicionado nem ventilador. Fora isso recomendo muito. O local é de fácil acesso a metro, tem varias opções de restaurantes próximo. Nos sentimos muito à vontade no hotel. E o proprietário foi muito gentil conosco.
