Pros:
1. It is in civil lines - walkable to many dining options. Great location
2. The lobby area is awesome, very modern.
3. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and service oriented.
Cons:
1. We stayed in the 2nd floor, common area carpet is smelly.
2. All the "clear company" water bottles (8-9 bottles) they provided during our 1 day stay had their bottle cap seal broken. We suspected they collected used bottles and filled from a local water source. Felt very troubling and suspicious.
3. Bathroom: shampoo, shower gel were provided in microscopic containers - hardly sufficient for a baby/toddler to take bath.
4. Bathroom has a walk-in shower with door missing. Rest of the non-shower area bathroom floor became very wet with water after anyone else took a shower.
Overall I would not stay in this hotel again due to their "penny wise, pound foolish" attitude, trying to cut corners instead of focusing on providing a great experience.
