It was proven difficult to solve minor issues (1 hour to get an iron after calling the helpdesk, 1 hour to solve issue with storage locker). Access was great.Right on SOL Metro Station access easy from Airport and around Madrid. Dining options at door step.Easy Walk to all key sites. Room with kitchenette well stocked good size fridge. Bathroom, bed great and sitting room.Laundry great and easy to use. Also have storage lockers. Quiet and have fabulous roof top terrace for evening wine and cheese.
