Beautiful Hotel
What a beautiful hotel. Hotel is in a historic building in central downtown Lancaster. Rooms and sitting areas are charming. Restaurants were not open due to COVID-19. Staff were friendly and attentive.
I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and this was a stellar experience. There was not a trace that someone had been in our room prior to us being there. The service was wonderful and the decor was unique and refreshing in comparison to the tired decor you experience elsewhere. We were appreciative of the unique ways they utilized the building while keeping as much of the original look as possible. It was nicely styled and a quality experience. We will definitely be back!
We loved it. Quaint and cute. Absolutely relaxing. Beds could of been a little more comfortable only complaint.
one night stay. The staff was excellent the hotel was clean and comfortable and beautiful outside and inside they converted old factory into a modern well-appointed Hotel
This hotel has a really good feel and look to it something about being in an old factory and being more comfortable than any chain hotel I've stayed in
It was suppossed to be a great evening staying here. We were celebrating my birthday. Our room was 64 degrees and we put on the heat but it was blowing cold. Called the front desk to inform them. We were told thst the heat hasn't been turned on fir the season yet. It was 40 degree's outside?? We asked for a refund and left. I actully looked up PA rules for turning on heat. It is October 1. So I'mm not sure why this hotel hasn't done so. It was very disappointing. They ciuldnt offer another room because this was the entire hotel not turning on the heat yet.
This hotel was amazing! The modern, yet rustic/industrial style was just gorgeous! Very clean, very chic, very comfortable. Great stay. Have recommended this hotel to others and will definitely stay there again! First class accommodations.
This was one of the most unique hotels that I have ever stayed in. My room was on the top floor of the hotel and was so awesome with the open ceilings exposing the large wooden beams and hardware.
Super cute room and the best shower of any hotel I have ever stayed at and trust me when I say I stay at a lot of hotels during the year we travel monthly. Bed was a little hard for my liking but that’s not a deal breaker. We ate in Cap and Cork it was delicious. When we stayed there was a bunch of bicyclist there in a large group so it was pretty noisy they had rooms above ours and it sounded like elephants walking all night.
