Avoid using OYO at any cost!
It’s a 3rd party that books hotels and in my case the hotel was already sold out and the owner tells me OYO does this often. The hotel was blocks away from where it says it is, a delivery driver had to showed how to find. This all took up 2 hours only to find out I had no room. It was a festival weekend so we ended up in a hotel miles from anything and KFC being the dining option. The fact that I spent well over an hour with Orbitz customer service trying to figure this out. So total of 3 hours wasted, not including travel time to new hotel, now, , 2 days later and I’m still waiting on Orbitz to confirm yes, there was no hotel at the site and yes they were overbooked
So frustrating
