We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The room is spacious and comes with a in-unit washer machine, which is convenient if you need to do laundry. Rooms are clean and the staff are nice. We will come back if we are in the area again.

這次安排的房間不是很喜歡，因爲樓層太低，然後半夜樓上的住客又ㄧ直有拖椅子跟東西ㄧ直掉到地板的撞擊聲，整個晚上噪音ㄧ堆，讓我這次入住的品質很差，入住時櫃檯小姐並未說明早餐供應時間直到10點，我進去吃早餐時已經9:34分，服務人員才跟我說用餐到10點而已，我整個傻眼，整個沒什麼吃到就離開，整個用餐感覺就也不很好，房間內的浴巾也是隨便折一折一看就不是應有水準，有提供咖啡機卻沒有提供喝咖啡用的杯子，這就奇怪了，連杯子也沒有，這次的住宿體驗太差了。

住宿環境很好，但員工訓練不足，退房時遺漏物品在床上，當天立馬反應明確告知位置房間和退房時間，說要詢問房務，一小時後簡訊表示沒有看到，隔天打電話詢問服務人員完全沒有交接這件事，再次說明後說會再回電但再次落空，連續幾天打電話詢問，每次都重複說明但每次都像是第一次聽到協助尋找的需求，也每次都沒下文。感覺完全是敷衍了事，飯店當然沒有保管客人物品的義務，如果不想協助大可直接表明遺留物品會直接丟棄不會幫忙保留。不應假意有交接。
