This was a return visit (we had a short stay last year) this hotel is amazing, it’s clean the parking is easy, the roof top bar has a lovely with a great food/drink menu, breakfast was great, it’s next to the mall, but what makes this hotel special is the fantastic Mimi she’s a real star ⭐️ also the rest of the staff were amazing thanks to you all for making our stay memorable

The front desk (big fit men) were absolutely dreadful when I checked out with my wife and a tony large luggage I was offered no help whatsoever to my car down stairs. I am 75 with evidence of a recent major knee operation. The staff were lazy and uninterested. In addition I specifically asked and wrote down that 2 small ice bags that I need for my insulin pens were to be frozen. I picked them up on checking out and zero had been done. No interest at all and same men. Dreadful lazy staff.
