Great location, once we had parked the car we didn’t need to use it till we left. Staff really helpful, everywhere very clean, they were constantly making sure the restaurant floor, areas and tables were clean. The choice of breakfast was great. We stayed for 3 nights and there was different hot choices everyday. I would definitely stay there next time we go back.

Disappointment

I stayed at Ibis Hotel on December 13th and 14th, and it was a complete disappointment. During my two-night stay, on Saturday evening around 9 PM, I returned to the hotel to rest, only to find a loud party taking place in the area below the hotel. Since I was staying on the 7th floor, I assumed the noise wouldn’t reach my room. However, to my dismay, the noise was so loud that it disturbed my sleep even on the 7th floor. I couldn't fall asleep until after 1 AM, when the party finally ended. The next morning, during checkout, I was informed by the reception that these parties are held every other Saturday. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

Birkaç ihtiyacımız oldu odayla ilgilenen Canan Hanım sağ olsun hemen yardımcı oldu. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Gönül rahatlığıyla evinizdeymişsiniz gibi hissettirdi. Birazcık odanın dar olması sebebiyle valiz açmak için alan sorunu oldu ama kısa süreli konaklamalarda çok da dert değildi. Bir daha Gaziantep’e gelsem tekrar kalırım.
