Old and outdated rooms and elevator. Very expensive € 164 per night. Dirty stained carped. Very dusty doors. Weird bathroom. Lamps that do not work. Breakfast ok, dinner awful, way overpriced and very salty. A dump!

Arrived at 20:00 and the reception ordered us dinner, despite kitchen closing. That was good. Checked into damp smelling room, stained floor and walls, shower too small to turn around without getting stuck to curtain. Noted the slow-dripping ceiling just outside the door after dinner, and immediately informed the reception, who noted our desire to move rooms (while saying everything was booked that and following night), but did not check (said they would put a can down to catch water) nor inform the management (as evidenced next morning). Informed the adult management in the morning of the leak, who asked if we would still like to change rooms. Much better room with airflow through windows and clean updated bathroom. Walls still scarred and stained, but otherwise ok room. So, wrap up: rooms subpar for price and facility needing piping repair; young employees friendly, but hurried to depart; manager good and receptive. $200 per night is too much—-look for $125, and avoid rooms 101-108.

Prima kamer en ontbijt tijdens verblijf. Ik had een eenpersoonskamer welke wel heel klein was maar het kostte ook niet veel en was inclusief ontbijt. Prijs via hotels.com was goedkoper dan direct boeken.

De door ons gekozen 'middelgrote kamer' had het formaat van een grote bezemkast. Geen verwarming in de badkamer. Enkelglas ramen (en dat bij -9 graden). Toilet bleef doorlopen, werd na 2x aangeven niet gerepareerd. Dichtstbijzijnde toilet was 3 verdiepingen lager, handig al je 's nachts naar het toilet moest (lift ging om 23:00 buiten bedrijf. Voor een drankje in de lounche moest je het personeel opzoeken, personeel was wel vriendelijk. Als hotelgast diende je te reserveren voor het diner, zaterdagavond was het vol en werd niet aangegeven (tot het natuurlijk te laat was). Het pand kende behoorlijk achterstallig onderhoud, een likje verf was toch wel het minste. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Bij het afrekenen kregen wij 2 kopjes koffie korting.

We zijn erg geschrokken van de armoedige staat van de accommodatie. Kleine donkere kamer (hoezo spacious room) met afgebladderde deuren en plafond in badkamer. De badkamer zou in 1970 al gedateerd zijn geweest. Super klein en vreselijke gele tegels. De vloerbedekking krijgt een compliment als we die vies noemen. Het was erger, bah!!! Jammer dat de badhanddoeken per dag meegenomen zijn terwijl wij die bewust niet op de grond gelegd hebben. Niet iedere dag ophalen is beter voor het milieu. Er zat geen zeep in de daarvoor bedoelde dispensers. een föhn ontbrak helaas. Het ontbijt was niet echt top. Er waren geen koppen voor de koffie terwijl we ruim op tijd voor 10.00 uur waren. De jus d'orange kwam dichter bij water dan ranja. Ach en zo kunnen we nog wel even door gegaan. Ergo, voor ons no Fletcher no more. Het personeel was overigens wel heel vriendelijk.
