Awful
Absolutely awful. Contacted the hotel via email, texts, whats app messages and calls (on both their main and emergency "24hr" number) totalling over 20 times as well as having hotels.com attempt to contact them as we couldn't enter the apartment on arrival as reception was shut. I had to stay in my car with two children and a baby until they let us in - 2hrs 15mins before check out!! Absolute waste of money, booked for a rest stop and was more tired than if id just travelled in the morning instead.
Got no apology and a snooty sounding messaging attempting to shift blame on me.
If there was a fire or emergency during your stay - pray for help because you wont get any from management/staff
