Our night flight from Frankfurt to Munich was cancelled at the last minute, and they did not allow us to cancel our booking. They said this was because they would not be able to resell our room, but we checked online and that night they had several rooms available.
We would be happy to send them proofs of our flight cancellation but they don’t even give us that option.
They say they don’t want to make money from people disgraces, but that’s clearly what they just did with us,. I would feel ashamed to make money from situations like these, maybe it’s just a matter of how I was educated.
We have been staying at many Novotel and Accor hotels all around the world, but it’s the last time after such a bad treatment. In fact we are now spending the weekend in Futuroscope and we discarded their Novotel accommodation because of this.
Never again, Novotel.
