My experience with the unit was extremely disappointing. Basic personal hygiene items that are usually provided everywhere were missing, and the unit itself was not clean. Unfortunately, it seemed that a previous tenant had used the kitchen utensils and left them inside the dishwasher without cleaning them, so I could not find them at first and was surprised to discover they were there. In addition to the poor level of cleanliness, I also faced issues accessing the property because I was provided with incorrect access numbers. Honestly, my overall experience with this unit was very bad.

I would not recommend staying here. Upon checking in, we turn the corner to head to our unit, and another couple informed us they had been locked out, the code they were provided was wrong and it was their 3rd try to enter the unit. We go to check into our unit; exact same thing happens to us. Why you're provided the wrong code to check in? Who knows - and there's no onsite staff, and the staff will only communicate with you via text message. Before arriving, I had read other reviews, which mostly complained about how dirty the blankets were. Thank goodness we brought our own, because the same was true for us. There's in unit washer and dryers. Why aren't they washing the blankets? Underneath the blankets was nasty as well. The cherry on top is that they essentially make you beg for your security deposit back. That you have to pay OVER THE PHONE. After 2-3 reminders asking where it was, they finally sent it back to me. I don't understand why they don't do a 'hold' charge, but instead, they remove the money from your account and make you wait for them refund it. This whole place is sketchy and in a bad area.

The property is modern, has good vibes and is quiet. The Green Goat next door had excellent food so you don’t have to go gar to eat well. Some of the finishes on the property are in need of maintenance and there are minimal amenities. Otherwise the property is in a good location and offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Finding where to park and the check in process is difficult if you booked through a 3rd party. Cleanliness was okay, not perfect. All of the soap dispensers were empty.

Pros Real nice modern loft. Very spacious, everything you need away from home. would book again. Fare price for what you get. Gated parking . Pull out safe bed. In room laundry . Cons. hair on the floor, not enough towels, elevator was away from the main entrance. Nothing happing in the area, need to call cab or uber. Some riff raff in the area.but all just minor . But all in all. Would and Will book again,

Expected Better

Immediate neighborhood is industrial, parking is down the street, building entry is somewhat confusing, suite is bare bones, communication is poor, no toiletries are provided, no towel service during entire nine day stay, keypad to suite failed and maintenance was slow to respond (sat in the hall for an hour). That said, the price is good, walks to Lake Erie, stadiums, restaurants and rock HOF are short.

Property was easy to get to and close to our venue, but the furniture had stains in the couch, which I think should be replaced. Not nearly as nice as the pictures looked.

There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure.

The property looks better in pictures than it does in person. It’s a decent stay for the price. The homeless people walking by my window at night kept me up at night. The bedroom had trash left, and I didn’t get a refund. The upstairs air doesn’t work, and it’s hot. The lights downstairs just go out at random. Would I want to stay here again? Probably not.

The unit I was assigned was a far cry from the pictures that were posted on the site during the booking process. I felt like I was the victim of a vicious bait-N-switch. I contacted the management and they required some serious convincing to switch me to a different unit... This can't be the first time they've gotten this feedback. The unit that I was eventually moved to was better, but it had disgustingly dirty air vents... With clumps of greasy dirt on them. It was one of the first things I saw when I checked in, so I don't know how its possible for the cleaners to have missed or even ignored it. Minor things were missing or broken - no trash bags, no dishwasher pods or dishwashing liquid, and a broken toilet paper holder. It just seemed like neglect was the theme... But I was completely undone when I got to the bedroom and discovered that the bed was broken... The main support under the bed was broken and sitting on the floor, so the bed sagged precariously in the middle. I tried sleeping on it one night and noped right out of that when my back complained... After all the effort it took to get into this unit, I didn't bother contacting management about the unit because I didn't think my call would be very well received. Parking is secure, but quite a trek from the building entrance. In summary, the units may not be as described or as you expect based upon photos at booking, and maintenance and housekeeping quality is totally sus at this location.

Never checked in. Couldn't even find door or where to park. Never was contacted during check in. I was on a work trip with a disabled adult. And was left with nowhere to stay. I had to book another hotel which was a complete trash hole. I want a refund since we never even stepped foot in the place. You ruined this trip.

A bit confusing for check in. We arrived to a sticky table & counter & cabinets. The ice make was malfunctioning so it was fulllll of ice. The bathroom was ok, the penny behind the door is a good indicator that it wasn’t fully cleaned. One rag/washcloth for 2 people, 2 towels. No hairdryer and only hand soap. The dishwasher had been run but did not wash the very few dishes that were in there. We reached out to the host. Someone came by hours later with a few towels and wash cloths. There was no dish towel, it didn’t matter, so few dishes & no cooking amenities. Lighting is sparse, however the streetlights fill the place all night. We had to use a flashlight to do laundry. The washer & dryer were good, but light would have been helpful. The sofa was very uncomfortable & stained so did not use. The bed was very firm, no extra blankets. The host was quickly responding on text but other than the towels and some dishwasher tabs not excepting that the place was quite dirty on arrival, the shower and toilet were satisfactory. There are quiet hours but that does not apply to the restaurant below which hosted what sounded like a rocking party. Our room was directly above, we could actually hear conversations over the bass of a DJ’s sound system as it all traveled through the air ducts. Fortunately that ended at 11:40 and it was only on the Sat night. Not something the host can control, but good to know before you go. Sad, this place has a ton of potential.

The directions from the parking lot to the building were incorrect. The unit was not clean upon my arrival. The bed was not made, urine in the toilet, used wash cloths in the bathroom. The company did place me in another unit until the initial unit was cleaned. Both units could use a deep cleaning. The current contracted cleaning company is going to put them out of business because they are not doing a good job. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize both units.
