Está muy lindo, tiene poco tiempo que lo abrieron y llegamos muchísimo antes del check in y nos dieron la habitación. Mala organización. Su personal tiene buena actitud pero muchas fallas en su logística. Solo hay una persona en la recepción y es la misma que lleva tus maletas. No hacían la limpieza de mi recámara por qué no tenían duplicado de la llave. Un día no servía la bomba del agua y no había agua en el baño. El desayuno lo empiezan a servir tarde. Y al final al no encontraban la reserva para hacer check out.

Como embajadora de hospitalidad turística tengo mis comentarios respecto a las áreas de oportunidad, tales como un recorrido en el que hablen de la historia del lugar, un distintivo para eventos especiales (como una bienvenida de pétalos en aniversarios, decoraciones en cumpleaños, etc.) y opciones all-inclusive.

Mala experiencia

La habitación no contaba con amenidades (jabón, shampoo, crema, etc.) tampoco había control del A/C y de TV, no hay teléfono en la habitación para llamar a recepción, tuve que salir a buscar al personal quienes me dijeron que no hay teléfono para llamar a recepción y solo es llamando al celular de la chica de recepción lo que no se me hace nada profesional del hotel, la alberca super sucia, lástima ya que está muy bonita y grande, no vale la pena el costo que pague por lo que ofrecieron.
