This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, warm, considerate, and genuinely caring. My daughter was unwell during our stay, and the kindness and compassion they showed towards her meant so much to me. They made us feel very comfortable and cared for, and I am extremely grateful for that. The facilities were also excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and all the common areas were kept beautifully clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience despite my daughter being unwell. The exceptional staff and the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and for treating us with such warmth and kindness.

The room at Breakfree was clean, had everything we needed and had a great position just steps from the pool. It was a little dated inside but everything worked and we had plenty of space as two couples with 2 beds and 2 baths. As well as a full kitchen the apartment had a laundry and included some cleaning products, which was really useful. We were arriving after hours but reception gave us clear instructions on where our arrival details would be and there was a note that we needed to visit reception the morning after our arrival to provide our details - which was easy. The free car parking was a great bonus. While the resort is a couple of kms away from central Mooloolaba, it's also a similar distance to the Maroochydore shops so it's easily walkable in either direction. Plus there's lots of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back

Absolutley loved our stay as a group of 3 families, with kids ranging from 3 to 18 years old. Perfect location right across from the beach, with plenty nearby to see and do. Facilities were great, while some of the rooms were a tad dated this was no issue at all, beds were comfy, shower and bathroom faclities were great, and all of the pools were an absolute hit with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and the ease of location and access.

I love staying here when visiting the Sunshine Coast! Everything is very accessible - walking, taxi, or Uber. Location is the key. I had a great view of the ocean. Reception is fantastic! Jessica, Calum etc are the best! Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at BreakFree Alexandra. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the Sunshine Coast, and the facilities were well maintained. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend BreakFree Alexandra to anyone visiting the area.
