Please ensure you understand that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so you won’t receive room service. After booking, we were forced to share pictures of our passports outside of Expedia and only then did we receive the apartment lock passcode. Additionally, we had requested airport shuttle service from the hotel. We were charged premium for a bigger car and instead, our family was divided into two small cars at the airport.
The room itself has a modern design that matches the one depicted on the Expedia site. However, the maintenance in the apartment is not up to par. There are rusty appliances (such as the washer), broken hangers for towels, and an issue with water drainage in one of the bathrooms. Furthermore, the apartment lacks beach accessories like an umbrella.
Despite these issues, I am giving it an Average/Good rating, but it would definitely be higher if the room maintenance were better.
