We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for our family ( 4 adults) the night before joining a cruise. It cost £125. The apartment was very clean as was all the bedding etc. the staff were very helpful. I would recommend for great value accommodation.

Staff really helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was very nice, the outside of the hotel needs updating but don’t go by that when booking, it’s in a good spot convenient for the town, no lifts

We stayed here for one night. Staff were lovely, breakfast was freshly cooked to order and our room was very comfortable. The car park round the back is quite small but we parked easily.

Stayed 1 night, not what we expected. N I elevator or lift. 3 stories narrow staircases luggage almost impossible to get to the upper floors. I would not stay here again

The staff were very friendly, there was a lovely choice for breakfast, free parking on site was a bonus. The room was very clean and there was a fan in the room, which was excellent in this heat. The only real issue was that the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

lovely stay in this dog friendly hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom with shower in bath arrangements slightly dated. Breakfast was more than adequate and included a sausage for the dog. Staff were all very helpful and sourced extra fans on request for the hottest days in June.

Lovely comfy room, fan provided during the extreme heat. Lovely small, mostly shaded, terrace at the back of the hotel. Delicious breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff. There is one set of steep, narrow stairs to get to the rooms although help was offered to carry up our case.

4th visit to hotel which is convenient for visiting our son. Rooms are clean and breakfast is excellent. Ask for ground or first floor as 2nd floor are in roof and awkward if tall.

Really lovely, warm welcome from the man on reception! The apartment was basic but just what we needed, and bought back some very nostalgic feelings from UK holidays I'd had as a child! Only slight critique would be that the bathroom, especially round the bath and tiles, needs some love as it looks very tired and a little damaged. Great location in a beautiful area, with shops, restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Delicious Indian Restaurant just a few minutes away! We used it as a base for a 2-day trip to Paultons Park, and it was perfect, literally just over a 10 minute drive! All the family slept really well, and we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay!
