I had stayed in 2024 in one of their other property, which was a great stay tbh. However this time(2026), the stay wasn’t pleasant at all. Sure it’s clean and everything, but the amenities were not up to the mark at all. Starting with WIFI, only ours wasn’t working, i had to literally call them 3-4 times to get it fixed, you literally have no signal here at these properties, so this was a huge disappointment. Also frequent power outages in the area, while they do provide a generator, but the AC is not covered, so if power outage happens, the ac won’t work. The tv remote doesn’t work, gas cylinder didn’t work. The toilet spray has a weak flow. They property is nice cozy sure, but please work on your amenities, wifi and power is such a basic requirement, it should be covered no matter what, on top that we are been given excuses such as - it’s an issue with the wifi provider, seriously?? Why should a guest figure it out? The owner should have checked it before we checked in, and made sure everything is WORKING! Tv remote, gas, generator, washing machine. Whats the use of these amenities if they don’t work?? You guys need some serious upgrade here. Please replace all the faulty amenities so the guest can have a peaceful stay.
