The hotel is well located, which was a plus. Not in the city center but in a safe area. However, as part of a hotel chain, I expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that no one was available to assist me and that a note would be left for the next day — but I was checking out the following morning, so that wasn’t helpful.
I travel frequently for both work and leisure with my family, and I rarely leave negative feedback. However, I believe service is a key part of any hospitality experience, and in this case, it fell short.
