My flight was delayed and I called ahead to the front desk of the Aliz to say I would be 24hours late. The front desk said it was noted in the file and that would be no problem. On arrival, I was informed I had been charged for a no show and my room given away. There were no rooms left at a rate I could afford and the hotel would not match the rate I had originally booked at. I ultimately had to take a car to a hotel 30 minutes away. There was zero willingness to help in a situation that was entirely caused by their staff and policy. Never again.
