Poor communication
I called, left voice messages, text messages and emails in the days leading up to my stay and could not get a reply.
Upon checking in, there was an excessive wait as the staff informed me they were “in the middle of something and told me to sit tight”
When we did check in, we were informed they could not accept Amex, for the security bond and after a challenging conversation, they worked out a way.
Apartment was nice but lounge very uncomfortable.
It felt like the apartment block was not welcoming of short term stays
The poor communication made the stay very uncomfortable.
