Customer service was not helpful or knowledgable. They showed lack of interest to help anyone and outwardly exhibited signs of exasperation because customers needed things. Anyone that works in customer service knows not to talk about a current problem in front of other customers. However, this team lacks this. Not just 1 person, yet all 3 that I observed. Which I heard while I was in the lobby while waiting for my room. I knew if I had any problems they would be of no use.
Called at 12pm, to see if I could check in early. They said they don’t allow that in the summer. I understand that. Didn’t ask any details about my upcoming stay to see if there was anything they could do. Got there and waited in the parking lot at 1:30. 2pm, I asked if I could use the bathroom and they said they didn’t have one. 3pm, check in time my room isn’t ready. I watched 12 people get a room before I got my room. I got into my room at 4pm.
Heard every step everyone upstairs took. Heavy Water damage on the bathroom door, stains all over every single one of the pathways, trash everywhere outside, says it’s smoke free but there’s buds all over the property and it smells like smoke. Checked out a day early cause it was just gross & miserable experience and I’d rather be at home. Didn’t feel safe from the noise outside. Couldn’t report it since the customer service was non existent.
