The stay at the hotel was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. There was one poor person at the reception handling everything, and they seemed extremely stressed when we arrived. The hotel is located right by Nana Plaza, an area bustling with people and activity at night. It's very well-connected and is conveniently situated in the Sukhumvit area. Otherwise, the breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was quite nice.

A great stay at a brand new hotel right in the middle of the Nana plaza area. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is modern and quiet, and it's well located. While likely not fully occupied yet and also not feeling fully like a 5 star hotel, it was a perfect spot for us to stay in Bangkok.

Great location without the noise
hotel is in prime location, without the noise, Breakfast buffet is one of the best in Bangkok, try the Eggs Benedict :) Rooms are large comfortable, the towels are much better then all the local hotel, only issue when using phone to call reception it did not work but the hotel is amazing
