Lily is such a delightful lady, always smiling, very enthusiastic & more than happy to assist in planning days outing. The place was spotless clean thou basic in features (very good value for money) firm comfy mattress. We ended up staying an extra couple days because we enjoyed the homestay. Good choice of Breakie.

Lily’s home stay is truly a home away from home. Lily is the perfect host and goes above and beyond to make sure you get a perfect vacation! The building and room appears to be brand new. Bed super comfortable. Free bike rental. Great location to all the major attractions. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you Lily for a wonderful stay.

As soon as we arrived, we met Lily. She was the best host we had in Vietnam, what an amazing lady ! funny, sweet, helpful. The room was big and nice. Lily helped us with everything, she arranged a great tour, rented us motorbikes, made laundry for us (live saver) and organized our return trip to Bangkok. We were a little disoriented when we arrived in Ninh Binh but Lilly made everything very easy and fun fun fun !!!! She is the best !

Lily is a wonderfully helpful and kind woman. She welcomes guests into her homestay like family. The value at this homestay is amazing. It is not glamorous or luxurious, but it is a great place to stay to explore Tam Coc at a very inexpensive price point. The breakfasts were delicious, and Lily served fresh cut fruit in addition to our selections which was super kind. If you stay here we highly recommend that you rent a scooter from Lily to explore the area. The location is a 20 minute walk from the main Tam Coc area, or a 3 minute drive. Lily booked our transportation back to Hanoi in a comfortable 11 seater van at a good price, which was very helpful.

By far one of the best experiences I had in Vietnam. The owner was an absolute gem and one of the warmest people you'll ever meet. She's super kind and very helpful and was a pleasure to be around throughout our trip. I'd highly recommend staying here if you ever have the chance to!

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I feel like Lily deserves a big applause. She works hard to look after her guests and ensured we used our time wisely during rainy days. My husband and I had a great time on scooter in a nice fine day. Experience we never had done before. Well done Lily, hope to see you again. Thank you for everything.

Dejligt ophold i Tam Coc
Vi boede på et et stort familieværelse med altan. Vi var meget tilfredse med værelsesindretningen, som levede op til vores forventninger. Servicen var i top fra hotellets ejer, hun hjalp os med bookning af transport, gode råd til ture og leje af scooter. Hvis den skulle have haft 5 stjerner i faciliteter, så skulle der have været en pool.

I loved this homestay. Lily could not have been more helpful and kind. My daughter lost a book on transport and she spent hours tracking it down. Her relaxed nature and calm made this 2 day stay perfect for mother and daughter get away. HIGHLY Recommend.

A great place to stay
Wonderful 1 night stay in Lily Homestay in Tam Coc. Staff were so friendly, and the breakfast we had was incredible. Room was newly refurbished with very efficient AC. The family who owned it couldn’t do enough to help, organising taxis etc. we got some laundry done which was returned within 6hkurs and we even were able to arrange a late check out to fit with our travel plans at a very reasonable cost. A 10min walk or 2 minutes taxi from the main area of bars/restauarnats

The property was clean and had all of the amenities one would want. The best part of the stay was Lily, the hostess, as she took such good care of us and anticipated all of our needs. She lent us bikes and rain jackets which was needed during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Lily who runs this place is exceptional!! Kind and beyond helpful. We wanted to take her with us. Free bikes. Close to town. She told us where to eat , when to go to certain places. Things we would have never known otherWise. Room was clean and spacious. Great place to stay !!
