Booked 4 rooms for guests to a function. My review is based on their feedback.
The address of the property on Expedia is wrong. There are 3 butterfly apartments managed by the same team. When our first guest reached the property at Expedia address, they redirected them elsewhere. Even that took a while as the manager seems confused. Our guest had to spend an extra hour running around on ubers before they got a room. Fortunately, I could inform my other guests of the correct location so the pain was reduced. I am being charitable here and gave 3 stars.
Facilities were ok. One room had nonworking faucet but other rooms were fine. 4 stars.
Onsite help is minimal. Need to call the common property manager to get any help. They did help, but it took time. 3 stars.
Overall, 3 stars. Could easily be 4 stars, if they could address the issues mentioned.
