Would be nice to be able to get into your room
We used to love staying here, however, this time was completely different. Not sure if it’s an upper management issue or what but we literally could not get into our hotel room all four nights we stayed and had to keep going back down, some nights three times and get new keys. They told us maintenance would come and fix it one day while we were gone and of course we came home and couldn’t get in again. Same happened the next night. When I talked to the front desk, she just talked right over me when I tried to explain my frustration and basically said sorry you’re frustrated but there’s nothing we can do.
Then we went into the restaurant and their hostess leaves a lot to be desired. She started yelling at everybody giving us directions LOUDLY before we even got up to the desk. She was loud and obnoxious, and then was going through the restaurant singing out loud to the radio. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Definitely not a good look for that restaurant. The rest of the staff were good and the food was great.
The shuttle to downtown was nice, but the overall vibe was just not the same. Got the impression no one really liked working there.
