We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we do have two examples of really bad customer service.
1. we asked in the reception for a price to go to Utapoa airport, after showing the person the exact position on google maps, he said that the price would be 500 Bath.
Next day when we were ordering the taxi, the price was 1000 bath, and the excuse was that the person had misunderstood where we were going…!
Lame and unacceptable answer.
2. one of the glasses in our bathroom broke by placing the toothbrush in it. When we checked out they asked 250 Bath for the broken glass, why….?
Two small things that easily could have been handled to the satisfaction of the customer, but which they couldn’t manage. So no recommendation from us…!
