This was my second time staying here. I love this hotel so much. It was so luxuriously comforting! My daughter and I felt so good. The beds are so cozy. The room is dark and cool. The shower was lovely. It is so clean and well maintained. The lady at the front desk was super nice and caring. Thank you so much for such an exquisite experience!

Solid hotel for the value.

Pleasantly surprised at the service. Front desk lady was nice, efficient and loved her job. I would go back from her efforts alone. The only negative was the pungent smell of weed in the elevator and hallways. Not sure much can be done about that. Solid stay.

I’m stalk my stay was fine. But did notice the room was a little stuffy so I went and bought a candle and from there it was fine. My fellow guest on my floor were loud at odd hours of the night but overall the stay was fine. I didn’t too much care for the bed. It felt like there was a mattress topper on there that I didn’t particularly care for.

The room we were first given was not cleaned. We were quickly swapped to another room, which was great. Overall, we had a nice stay. I will say that I noticed every time we went to the front desk (to check in, to go back about our room not being cleaned, and to check out) each person working the front desk was on their phone and did not acknowledge us until I spoke. This happened 3 separate times, with 3 separate people. Not great service, but also not horrible.

I loved our stay. here! It was an overnight trip to Avery Island. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the ac worked just fine. The parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast had more than enough options and we were satisfied with the waffle station and sausage and eggs, juice and sausage. There were various options for your liking. The front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. The stay was great and I would for another visit.

The property was newly remodeled and looks great. Modern decor, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, but there was no bacon and the sausages looked like they just popped them in the microwave for a minute, I prefer my breakfast meats a bit more well done. My only other complaint is that the water was just luke warm in the evenings but scolding hot in the mornings.
