Renters beware - Property is managed by Cozi vacation rentals which you can find numerous reviews if you search for Cozi Vacation rentals.
They have an additional contract which requires a damage waiver fee and requires full indemnification of cozi and the owners of the rental. This is not disclosed at time of booking and infringes upon rights of the renter. They violate the ADA act by mandating you dislclose any physical or mental disability to them upon signing their rental agreement.
We requested a refund when they asked us to sign our rights away. They refused to refund even though they could not modify terms so that we could come to an agreement. We ended up not staying at the property as we refused to sign a contract which was not presented at time of booking.
We are now taking action to recover damages as they refused cancellation and refund more than 24 hours before checkin.
