This IS a Quality budget motel. Sure there are some cosmetic fixes that should occur (sink and vanity were stained), but for under $50 on a Thursday, this was a great stay.

We only stayyed one night while en route to the coast. The lady on reception was charming and helpful and gave us directions to shops, restaurants and gas stations. We hadnt ever been to the area so cant comment on other properties in the locality. It was perfect for a one night stay and easy to find from the Interstate

Deceiving picture

Nice small motel.Web pictures are deceiving. No breakfast. I thought that was one of my requirements. Also charged 50.00 deposit after the initial transaction was completed. Will not ever go there again.

Cheap and comfortable

For what I wanted, which was to stay cheap and relatively clean and comfortable this was fine. You could tell they tried to make it a decent room. The actual bed linens were very clean and it took 2 days before I saw my first bug. But be aware, no matter where you go, bugs do get in. I never hold a bug or two against a place. I had good hot water and a foam topped mattress and four pillows so slept well. I would say this met the goal of a cheap hotel which beat camping at the festival I was attending.

Got to hotel at 10:30 pm lobby was closed so I rang the doorbell at the night window 5 times over a period of 20 minutes. I also called the management phone number on the door and had to leave a message. No one ever came. I had to go to another hotel.

As a realtor/builder/flipper it was ashame to see these rooms rehabbed with ZERO attn to detail. The crew doing the work was onsite remodeling other rooms. 20 somethings with no experience and a crew leader that obviously doesnt give a flying frick.

Did not enjoy my stay due to the bed bugs. And the A/C was very loud making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
