Lovely stay in Florence
Unique boutique hotel, conveniently located, well appointed. Small second floor lobby, with small dining room and courtyard for quick breakfast. Hotel seems split among floors of building, so reception was not always attended, but when present they were always extremely helpful and kind. Soaring ceilings with decorative adornment and lofted seating area were a welcomed feature.

Convenient and comfortable.
This is a modern hotel a few blocks from the train station. It’s also close to many of the sights. The room was large and very modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, though one guy seemed grumpy that we showed up early for breakfast. (Breakfast starts at 8; we had asked if they could set up at 7:45 so we could catch a train. We actually came down a few minutes earlier and if flustered the front desk agent. It all turned out fine.)

I stayed at this property last year and felt very secure and safe, and felt the warmth of the staff and their care and concern, so I booked another stay this year looking forward to a similar experience. The property has been renovated, and seemed less safe than it was last year, and although some staff were friendly, others were not. Overall I have mixed feeling now about this property, and am unsure if I shall return in the future. It is still very clean, but feeling less safe and a mixture of some unfriendly staff make me at least consider other venues.

The location is unbeatable, the area also feel safe. The hotel is small but clean and newly renovated. I like the high ceiling and the loft. The bathroom is clean. The location is perfect for the first time visitors. It is five minutes walk to the train station and the famous Duomo museum. Also in 10 minutes walk to other hot areas like the academy gallery and Uffizi gallery. The front desk service was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast lady was super nice, cooking fresh eggs and pan cakes for us. The room is spacious, clean and very quiet. A small issue is we got mosquito bite for the first night. The check in office is on the second floor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay!
Look no further than this hotel when looking for a place to stay in Florence. It is close to so many main attractions but my favorite thing was how comfortable and modern it was. You have great amenities in your room and the shower is spectacular! The breakfast options were great and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
