Excellent concierge crew who greet you as you enter and leave every day, very pleasant conversations! Fantastic location. The room was sufficiently equipped. We would appreciate better instructions on how to adjust the thermostat as we ended up leaving the windows open each night to cool the room a bit more. Wouldn’t mind staying here again!

We spent eight beautiful days in Rapalo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times room was beautifully decorated and met our expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and couldn’t say enough about the staff. Dinner was just OK at the restaurant. A bit overpriced for what we were served overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The staff was lovely, attentive and helpful. The property is only a few minute walk from the train station. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful treat with meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, espresso, yogurt, baked bread and baking. The location was great right on the sea, the restaurant and tables open out in to the cute street on the water. Many options for restaurants on the street and a cute street a block behind with many more local traditional options. Great town to stay in to access other local areas.

Natalia at the front desk will help you with everything. We stayed 5 days and loved our time there. Breakfast was included with our room and they made us an omelette, cappuccino and had a lovely breakfast from 7:30-10:30am available to us. Our last day they served us late because we checked out at 11am, so kind. We played uno everynight at the restaurant from 10:30- midnight and had cocktails and Orlando Grondona cookies. Walter Grondona who works the desk at the hotel met us and he was great to us, sent us to see his sister Miki in Santa Margherita, she owns a gelato store front. She treated us so well. We would recommended this hotel to everyone, it is like a family, they treat you so well. Make recommendations and help solve issues. There is an open market from 7am-3pm Thursday’s great buys. Loved this location, hotel and their staff.
