This is the second time we stayed and the property is amazing in almost every way. The only negatives I would say are that if you do like to do things outside of the hotel then there isn't much to do round there, and the staff in the patisserie are generally miserable and understaffed (everywhere else through the hotel they are great and super friendly). Probably the worst thing about the hotel is the a la carte booking system - don't assume that you are ever going to get a booking. The hotel books out pretty much all of the tables to their VIP guests in villas etc and everybody else has about 5 seconds every morning to book the few tables that are left

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, all the staff were super friendly and helpful especially the staff in guest relations.
My only reservation was we came in April for our wedding anniversary with friends and many of the amenities were closed, children’s water park, various bars and only 2 a la carte restaurants open, saying that they were lovely, the main restaurants food was of a very high standard compared to many hotels in this region.
This hotel is split into different sections, ie family, community and adult which is a nice feature but it is very big and for people with disabilities this could be a problem, I do believe you can request travel buggies which will help immensely.
I would like to come again but in warmer and later in the season to see this hotel at its best

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of time and experience to reach the level of high class all inclusive hotels.(rixos, maxx royal etc) the hotel is of course not bad but you feel from the first step the difference if you have been in the others. The service and food is avarage ,sea side and beach not speical and rooms very small and organisation very very poor . If you stay just 2-3 days you have no chance to get a in a la card restaurant reservation because of the silly application which rejects you from all services because the other guest who staying longer (7-10 days) filled it in advance from the first day untill the last day for their vacation.
I would not recommend this hotel for short time holidays (2-3days) and for long time stay it is too high priced.
The only 2 things that we liked was the excellent far east restaurant ( yes we get a table after 45 minutes hard disscusion ) and the concert of dany brillant who is an perfect singer which was the reason for our stay here.

The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great.
Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system.
You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet.
Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel.

We stayed at Anda Barut Collection for 2 nights, and honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. The whole property was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very premium and relaxing.
What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Everything felt well organized, from the restaurants and bars to the service and overall guest experience. We really enjoyed our stay and left completely satisfied.
Highly recommended. We would definitely come back again!

Eine sehr saubere, grosse Anlage und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, die Tag und Nacht gepflegt und sauber gehalten wurden. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Von Bademäntel über Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Shampoo bis hin zur Strandtasche, alles stand zur Verfügung.
Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln. Die Zimmer und das Resort waren traumhaft. Leider gab es aber auch einiges negatives. Das Buffet war sehr überfordernd. Es war viel zu viel. Da hätte man etwas weniger, aber qualitativ hochwertigeres anbieten können. Leider klappte es auch kaum über die App in einem der A la Carte Restaurants zu reservieren, in denen man nur mit Reservierung speisen durfte.
Viele der Angestellten liefen mit langen Gesichtern durch die Gegend. Es machte teilweise den Eindruck, als ob sie absolut keine Lust mehr zum Arbeiten hätten. Auch die Animateure am Pool waren sehr arrogant und überheblich. Sie machten sich über Gäste lustig in türkischer Sprache, was sehr unprofessionell ist. Da mein Mann Belgier ist, nahmen sie an, das ich auch keine Türkin bin. Auch albern, das sich alle englische Namen angeeignet hatten. Sehr schade für so eine tolle Anlage.

Wir hatten ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Direktzugang zum angegliederten Außenpool. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und es benötigt etwas Zeit, sich dort zurecht zu finden. Über die hoteleigenen App hat man die Möglichkeit, sich über sämtliche Serviceleistungen und Angebote des Hotels einen Überblick zu verschaffen. Etwas ungewohnt war, dass man überall das Handy benötigte, um vorab einen QR-Code zu scannen, um die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke auswählen zu können. Aber auf Nachfrage ging das auch ohne, zumindest bei den Getränken. Kulinarisch fehlt es in dem Hotel an nichts, auch die Cocktails werden immer frisch zubereitet. Nachteilig und verbesserungswürdig ist der Buchungsprozess der Spezialrestaurants. Der ist nur tagesaktuell ab 10 Uhr über App möglich. D.h., wer nicht rechtzeitig das Handy parat hat, der hat für den Tag eine Niete gezogen. Das ganze ist zu Lotteriemäßig. Wir sind einmalig über eine Warteliste in den Genuß gekommen. Dann werden auch alle Gäste gleichzeitig in das a la Carte Restaurant eingelassen, so dass alle Gäste praktisch zeitgleich bedient werden mussten, wir waren 10 min früher da und wurden wieder abgewiesen, aber damit hätte man das Ganze etwas auflockern können. Letztendlich habe wir auf weitere zu reservierende a la Carte Restaurantbesuche verzichtet, da das Hauptrestaurant mit seiner Buffetauswahl keine Wünsche offen ließ und das "Auge ißt ja bekanntlich mit". Der Service vor Ort war vorbildlich, freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend.
