Hotel was fine, although more dated than the photos on the website show. Included breakfast options were also limited for westerners. On the plus side all the staff were super friendly and helpful, helping to arrange anything you needed. The rooftop bar is lovely, but also not quite as good condition as the photos show

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The beds were not very comfortable. The air-conditioning was nice to have. There was only one thin sheet on each bed, bring extra blankets. We had to fight to keep the mosquitoes out of the room. The bathroom window wouldnt close, so we heard everytbing through the window.

Good location, room was clean for the most part, polite staff, great view at the Roof Top Bar. T main problem for me was the noise, not from the streets, noise from the Roof Top Bar customers going up and down the stairs. Also, the towels were pretty dirty and discolored. Ants were present but didn’t bother us, you can’t expect much in this part of the PI. Overall, for the price and location, it’s a decent option for those who don’t expect a 5-Star hotel. If you do expect 5-star… go back to Manila.

Central with the nicest staffs

The staff here are amazing! Super nice and accommodating. They helped us book our transfers from and to the airport as well as our tours. There was an issue with the room and it was addressed immeditately. Breakfast was delicious and served outside of our room every morning. The gentleman that served our breakfast was excellent. He did everything from belhop, server, to housekeeping. There are a few things to note when booking here. You will have many flights of stairs to travers depending on the floor as for lots places in Asia. The shower situation is open to the toilet so yes everything will get wet as per lots of places in Asia. Becuase breakfast is served per floor outside in the hallway area, it can get really noisy when the top floor is moving their chairs around. The soundproofing in this hotel is not great. The air conditioner requies a key to work. So when you take it with you with the room key, it will be very hot when you get back. Over the staff makes the hotel and the location is central on the main strip. We thank the team for accommodating us during our stay in Coron!
