Most of the furniture was broken, everything was very dirty and old. The air was very dry and stuffy. The rooms were also very thinly soundproof, you could hear everything from the next room. I had blood stains on my curtains and dirt on the wall.

The lack of staff is very bugging. The front desk is empty all the time. The check in is very late(4pm) so if you arrive early there will be no one to help you. I also forgot my massage gun at the hotel and tried to call them. but no one answers.

Mixed bag. Location is great, and the idea of the place is kind of neat. Our first room had black mold in the shower, and lots of dust in the rest of the room. We asked for a change of rooms, but as they were completely booked for that night were not able to accommodate until the next day. This was a challenge because the front desk is not staffed 24/7, and the person did not arrive at the stated 9AM, required a phone call to the hotel manager, 3 times, in order to actually get someone to assist. The new room was clean, or at least the bathroom was not moldy; still a bit dusty. It's definitely showing it's age, but can't really beat the price.

공항에서 바로오는 버스가 있어 항상 출장오면 묵었던 곳인데 이젠 좀더 비싸더라도 다른곳을 찾아봐야겠네요 . 체크인이 일반 호텔에 비해 한시간정도 늦고 키오스크 체크인이라 4시5분전에도 않되니 매우 답답했습니다. 새벽이나 아침 도착경우 짐을 보관후 하루 일정을 보는데요. 최소한 당일 투숙객을 위해 캐리어 보관정도는 가능했으면 합니다

交通很方便，巴士直達，地鐵走10分鍾，有上下坡。 飯店原本應該是作為出售的單元套房，可以看到很多的收納、built in 冰箱、爐台（但是不讓用）、洗衣機、沙發區等 如果是朋友一起旅遊，有很不錯的交流空間 有直接配套很多充電頭，對於外國人不用特地借插座很是貼心。 對外的市景很美～ 幾乎沒有與服務人員對話到，很難說服務好不好，無法寄放行李是唯一美中不足的地方，不過可能人力不夠，也只能配合了。

チェックイン後、ゴミ箱にゴミが入ったまま、使用済みの糸楊枝、外したコンタクトレンズ、お風呂場を流すと黒いカビがゴボゴボ出てき、椅子の下には謎の白い粉… とても清掃したとは思えないお部屋でした。 チェックイン時間が遅く、子供も寝てしまったためその日は諦めて寝ました。 朝、小蝿が飛んでいました。 翌日事情を説明し、部屋を変えていただきました。 代替えのお部屋は嫌いに清掃されており、安心しましたが、そもそも寝巻きなし、部屋用？スリッパなし(おそらく外履き用のスリッパを使用しました)、歯ブラシやブラシなどのアメニティもなしでこのお値段は少々高く感じました。

오랫동안 애용해왔는데 이제는 그만 와야겠어요.ㅜㅠ 식기류도 종이컵 빼고는 싹 다 없어졌고 세면대에 비누가 없어 바디워시로 손 씻었네요. 안내책자들도 싹 다 없어졌고.... 안내문이 없어서 놓친 건지 서비스가 없어진 건지 모르겠지만 와이파이도 못 썼어요. 솔직히 물어보고 싶지도 않았구요. 무인 키오스크가 생기면서 직원 보기도 어려워졌고... 많이 실망스러웠어요.ㅜㅠ
