This was the type of place that must have been really nice 10 years ago but that just hasn’t been well managed since. The shower curtain was moldy and smelled bad. Curtains inside the apartment were dirty and with strange stains. Even the paintings on the walls had mold behind the glass. A nice aesthetic and clean bed linen, but everything else was really not acceptable standard. The staff weren’t very nice or accommodating.

Nous avons séjourné cinq nuits dans la plus belle chambre du site: suite romantique avec vue sur mer de 60 m2, au première étage. Les plus: la suite était très joliement décorée et la literie excellente. La vue était magnifique et la piscine propre et belle Les moins: Les meubles de la chambre sont tâchés (sofas et fauteuils) ce qui donne une impression de saleté dès qu'on entre dans la chambre, le parquet est cassé et donne l'impression qu'on peut passer au travers, la peintures tombe du plafond et autour de l'air conditionné qui fuit, l'immeuble est laissé à l'abandon et non entretenu. La salle de restauration est commune et extrêmement sāle, laissée à l'abandon comme les tables et chaises. Le ménage est plus que sommaire et il faut le réclamer tous les jours si on veut que le lit soit fait. Enfin et surtout, il y a une boîte de nuit ou bar à l'entrée, relativement mal famėe, avec des hommes qui fument du canabis à l'entrée, qui est aussi l'entrée du site, et de la musique tambourinante toute la nuit jusqu'à cinq heures du matin: un enfer! Il n'y a pas de réception et juste des jeunes qui semblent s'occuper tant bien que mal du site, tous affalés dans une chambre dépôt au RdC, peu impliqués mais souriants. Des allées et venus entre la boîte de nuit et les chambres du rez-de-chaussée qui donnent l'impression d'un hôtel de passe. En conclusion, le BHouse aurait pû être un lieu paradisiaque mais il est totalement laissé à l'abandon et c'est vraiment dommage. Maintenant,

I liked the room except it seemed to only be cleaned once every stay. Towels where changes every 2 days and bed sheet were not changes for the 4 nights I stayed. The biggest problem was the cocktail bar music volume, I had no problem with music all night but the volume was stupid! It was like everyone was on drugs in the bar with the staff. Shame as this property was really nice and could be so much better if not run by drug dependent staff.

Not as described

This is not a hotel. There is no housekeeping for a start. We stayed 5 nights and not once was our towels changed, bins emptied, toilet rolls refilled - nothing. I had to ask for fresh towels and empty our own bin. It states staff are bilingual but they struggled to understand ‘change towels’ or ‘fresh bin bags’. I have to say staff were friendly enough, particularly the chap that waited outside to meet us when we arrived. But there was absolutely no service. The major issue was the cocktail bay attached to the hotel - very loud base music till 4am every night, with the exception of the last evening - it went on till 5.45am. There is no safe in the room. Location was good for us - but we hired a car. It was a 15 min walk to the nearest shop to buy water etc. there was no pool bar or any facilities to buy drinks. Would not recommend, which is a shame as the hotel itself was lovey. They clearly prioritise the nightclub/cocktail bar.

llama y confirma para saber si tienes habitación

Llegue con una reservacioñ y. Pagada y confirmanda, donde me decían que no tenía que hacer nada más que disfrutar mí estancia, al llegar, no tenían mí habitación y me dicen que me vaya a otro hoteL por dos noches y regrese a pasar las 3 restante, todo ellos después de un largo viaje y con mí compañero de viaje accidentado, fue una pesima impresión, yo había reservado. Mínimo 4 meses antes , además les había mando mensajes por hace, donde me decían que me esperaban encantandos, en esas condiciones, sólo me quedo aceptar lo que ellos querían hacer con mis vacacaiones, estaban felices de verme fuera de la recepcion

un oasis de tranquilidad y buen gusto

El hotel es un encanto, los aromas, la atencion y la predisposición excelente. Nos consiguieron la excursión mejor y mas barata que en las agencias. La playa no es la mejor pero por la playa puedes llegar a los restaurantes. Muy tranquilo.

Horrible hotel

Do no not stay at this hotel. There was fireworks fired right outside our door and there was loud music playing until 4/5 am combined with constant traffic noise making it impossible to sleep. We stayed for one night and moved to a different hotel. When the owner found out that we where leaving, he yelled that we would not get any money back. Also when we checked in, the owner was sleeping on the ground behind a corner (there is no lobby?), surrounded by food, trash and flies, and seemed annoyed that we waked him up to check in. This was at 2pm. The hotel is not well kept at all, and the photos are extremely misleading. This hotel is not worth the money at all, and you can find way better options easily. Save yourself the stress, and go somewhere else.

We had a lovely stay in March, the hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and feels like vintage glamour! Rooms were lovely, very comfortable bed, loved the vintage copper shower head. AC worked great and they encouraged u to leave it on all day and it was SO nice to come home to after a hot sweaty day. The staff were so sweet! Cleaned the room daily and left cookies for us in our room every afternoon. Small pool but just enough to cool off in and do a few laps. Views of ocean are wonderful, breakfast by the sea was amazing every day! They even accommodated my husbands dairy allergy and got him soy milk for his coffee. The ocean in that bay is a bit dirty as its the fishing/ferry harbour. But we knew that before hand and didn’t mind. It was nice to be centrally located and easy to get to the shops/food in both the neighboring towns. Fishermans village is closeby!

This place was great! The staff was amazing and so helpful. They were able to arrange many activities for us, even helped with tours that were not associated with their hotel, by making phone calls for us. This made our visit so much simpler and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, right on the beach, with an excellent restaurant attached. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and individually prepared. It is within walking distance of some pharmacies and convenient stores. The Fisherman's Village is also nearby--a 20-30 minute walk, or a 5 minute taxi. The spa within the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. All-in-all, if I ever return to Thailand, I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Absolute 10/10 hotel!!

Stayed in the romantic beachfront double. The room was incredible so spacious and clean. The staff were fantastic they couldn't do enough for us, always smiling and happy to help. Pool was so relaxing and always quiet. The breakfast was amazing we tried half the menu and everything was delicious especially the waffles!! There are lots of local eateries ckose to the hotel and fishermans village was around 30 minutes walk away. 15 mins drive from the airport and 10 mins from bangrak pier.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and incredibly warm and welcoming, and truly think of everything to make your stay more enjoyable. My partner and I got given treats every afternoon, the room was spacious (especially the bed and bath/ bathroom), beautiful location on Bangrak beach with a peaceful and tasteful pool and restaurant area with an amazing menu, also close to local attractions and local restaurants and convenience stores. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and would happily stay again in the future, only (small) downside was the wifi was poor but this is a minor issue compared to the overwhelmingly lovely experience we had.

We had stayed in the hotel on two occasions during our trip to thailand. When we returned for the second time, it was even better than the first week we had stayed! Staff are extremely friendly, people such as Benz & Tee are a true asset for the hotel and make your stay much better! Secondly, the food they prepare is to die for! The best breakfast you’ll find and the lamb curry for dinner is the best you’ll find on the island. Furthermore, the rooms are great with comfortable beds! All in all, a great choice for Samui

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement agréable. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur mer et une terasse qui donne sur la plage c’était parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et très attentionné. Possibilité de louer un scooter ou voiture et je le conseil pour ce déplacer, car il n’y a pas grand chose à côté. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des produits fait maison !! Si vous cherchez un endroit romantique, foncez !
