We enjoyed our short stay. It feels “Spanish residential” which we liked, albeit decor is dated. Checkin was very friendly. Location is good to walk to Sevilla sites including the Alcazar and cathedral (10 mins) Bed was pretty firm but comfortable. We had a small kitchenette which we used, and equipped with an aircon. We also liked the common roof terrace for a drink or meal overlooking the neighbouring church The only annoyance was the noisy entry gate that leads in to the property, and the noise of other guests walking past our room which was close to the entry. Would stay again, due to location and value.

This is your choice if you are after a budget stay. The staff who works at the reception speaks perfect English which makes checking in and out and making enquiries a lot easier. The hostel is also very close to the main tourist attractions.

Cosy hotel with great location

Very cosy hotel/hostel. Staff was supernice and location excellent! The terrasse on the 3 floor was an unexpected surprise. Very cosy with great surroundings. The room was simple but nice.

Budget accommodation

Basic single room accommodation with shared bathroom. It's a good area, narrow street but easy to find good eating places and some of the major attractions. Staff were extremely helpful with any requests. I would definitely stay there again

Hostel was in a great location - everything I needed was in walking distance between the train station, restaurants, and sights. Bed was comfortable and rooftop patio was great, good wifi. The only downside is because it's in the center of town, the building was extremely loud. Nothing the the hosts can really do but people coming and going at all hours of the night and you can hear every conversation or step.

Very beautiful atrium with rooms situated around it. Not too far from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Room ok size. Good cleaning. However, the heater was never cleaned i assume, the air circulating felt filthy. The room leaked air so you had to have the heater on continuously and at a high temperature to make the room decent. I Imagine it is the same in the summer cooling it. That leads to heavy electrical bills for the Pensión and customers are not happy about temperature in summer or wintertime. I felt sick and it became better when I went out and when I later on continued my tour to Cordoba the problems feeling sick were gone. I know that inner temperature in the winter is lower and air leakage in Spain but this Pensión need to clean the heater.

Good hotel with excellent location

The service was excellent, got some nice tips, thanks! I would recommend installing mirrors to every room, weatherstripes to all doors(for better sound proofing) and a larger trash can to the toilets (more space to put toilet paper as the paper was forbidden to put in to the toilet). Those costs about nothing. The roof terrace was nice!

Condition not good.

Shower room has mold. The hair dryer is not working -only able to blow for about 30 seconds then stop. Also needs key to go out and in. If any chance of fire, without a key, cannot get out so have a safety concern.

We are old people. We booked 3 nights. But the stairs in room are broken and not stable.What is very strange is that we had to pay a much higher price first before we could see and change to another room. That is why we made the painful decision to leave the place. We stayed only 1 night, but paid for 3 nights. Until today we have not got refund. Is there no regulations about this?
