Parking was ample, and the rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was on the smaller side, but it worked fine for us. I didn’t get a chance to check out the gym, though; from what I saw, it seemed decent.
My main issues were with the room amenities. For our group of four adults and one child, only three towels were provided, which meant an extra trip downstairs (or a call to the front desk) just to get enough. More inconvenient than anything, but still worth noting.
Breakfast had a decent selection; however, go early as items start to thin out by 9 am.
The bigger disappointment was the pillows—they were flat and uncomfortable. Everyone in my group, including my sister and her husband, who stayed in a separate suite, commented on how poor the pillows were. Honestly, I’ve stayed at cheaper motels with much better ones. For the price we paid for these suites, I expected more comfort in this area.
Overall, the layout was spacious. I'm not sure if I would ever book a Springhill Suites again because comfortable pillows and the bedding are the whole point! Overall, the stay was OK.
