Hotel is under construction! There is no elevator to go upstairs! Have to carry up on a spiral stairs. Hotel is not completed and everything is not in place.

Highly recommended this hotel that is priced so reasonably at such a convenient location. Parking isn't a problem and breakfast was great. The host and hostess are hospitable and enthusiastic in making our stay as comfortable as could be. Although the water pressure of the shower in our room was too low, we liked the hotel and room so much that we extended for another night in the same room. If we go to Selcuk again, this would definitely be our first choice.

The reception was not staffed 24/7, but you can phone them in case nobody is there. As I arrived at the hotel feeling sick, I spent a lot of hours just sleeping in my room. Very quiet and comfortable room, a friendly receptionist - everything I just needed while resting in the hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I managed to do some sightseeing thanks to the hotel's vicinity to major tourist attractions like Ephesus.

Awesome!

The manager was amazing, very helpful, knowledgable about the area and incredibly nice. The hotel is renovated and very clean. Location is more than pefect, close to Effesus and Kusadasi.

I never checked in on my arrival or checked Out on my departure!!!.throughout my 4 days ionly saw one clleaning girl who helped To get my room key. Not once did i see anyone who appeared to work there. Breakfast was only availableon one of my 4 days stay .other guests equally felt abandoned. Whilst the rooms were nice and tidy the absence of staff was shocking. I repeat i stayed for 4 nights yet never Checked in or out or spoke to anyone in Athority .only had one Breakfast out of the 4 payed for . Shocking..

The hotel is very well located, in the center, close to bus and train station. Very close to the museum of Ephes and from St. John Basilic. If you like to walk, you can go to the archeological site walkng too. It's around 25 minutes and there's a nice path with trees. The owner of the hotel is very kind. I booked a little room with 1 bed but he upgraded me to a more specious one with a big bed for free (because that room was available). The young guy who works at the recepction at night is the best. Very kind and helpful. You have coffee and tea every time. The hotel is old but renewed, so it looks modern. The only but think is that there was humidity smell and my room was not clean when I returned from the tour the second day. May be because I didn't leave the room early, I don't know. As I stayed only 2 nights it wasn't a problem. Recommended!

You get what you pay for. This is a budget accommodation so it was fine for what we paid for it. Pros: - The staff was kind and attentive during our stay. - They were kind enough to let them to let us use the hotel kitchen to warm up a meal we had leftover from the previous night. - There is street and off street parking available if you are coming via car which was also nice. - The hotel overall and room was clean which was nice. You will need to climb stairs to reach your room which was not a problem for us but may be for those who are not as mobile. The insulation is not great which made the room extremely drafty. During our stay, it was extremely windy and rainy and cold. As a result, the air conditioner never stopped running and because it was an older unit, it was quite loud and would often wake me up. This may be an issue for those who are light sleepers like me. Speaking of, the hotel is on the main road that runs through Selcuk. The traffic can get loud at times and as a result of the aforementioned poor insulation, you will hear that traffic in your room (especially if your room faces the street like ours did during our stay).

I recently stayed at Ephesus Hera Hotel in Selçuk and had a mixed experience overall. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the owner, Mesut, who was incredibly talkative and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions like Yoncaköy Beach and Efes Tek Meyhane. His insights truly added value to my visit and helped me explore the area. On the other hand, there were some areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast offered at the hotel was average in terms of quality. It didn't provide a standout experience compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Additionally, I encountered a maintenance issue with a broken toilet seat cover, which was disappointing. While the hotel claimed to have been renewed, it seemed like only minor improvements had been made. The overall ambiance and facilities didn't match the standards I would expect from a hotel and felt more like a pension. Another concern I had was the security of the room keys, as they didn't provide the level of safety and peace of mind I would prefer. In summary, the Ephesus Hera Hotel has its highlights, such as the friendly and talkative owner and the great recommendations provided. However, there are areas that need improvement, including the breakfast quality, maintenance standards, and security measures. With some attention to these aspects, the hotel could enhance the overall guest experience.

Ephesus Hera Oteli’nde gerçekten harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Otele ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren Mesut Bey ve eşi inanılmaz sıcakkanlı ve ilgili davrandılar. Konaklama süremiz boyunca her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odamız tertemizdi, her şey düzenliydi ve çok rahattı. Ayrıca otelin konumu da çok avantajlıydı — dolmuş duraklarına ve çarşıya yalnızca 5-10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. İzban Selçuk Durağı’ndan indikten sonra yaklaşık 15 dakikalık kısa bir yürüyüşle otele ulaştık. Çıkış yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizi bırakmak istediğimizde hemen kilitli bir oda ayarladılar. Mesut Bey’in güler yüzü ve ilgisi sayesinde konaklamamız çok keyifli geçti. Ayrıca çıkış yapacağımız gün, acelemiz olmasına rağmen bize kahvaltı yapmamız ve bir çay-kahve içmemiz için ısrar ettiler, gerçekten çok tatlı ve içten davrandılar. Kısacası hem otel hem işletme sahipleri mükemmel! Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Burada sakın kalmayın

Öncelikle bu kadar kötü olmasını beklemiyordum. Verdiğiniz paraya değmez. Bir gece konakladik. Otelde asansör yok ve 405 nolu odada kaldık. Sizi yukarıya çıkaran bir çocuktu ve haliyle bir şey bilmiyor. Oda, resimde göründüğünden daha küçük ve duvardan sarkan açık elektrik kablosu var. Yatak çarşaflari kirliydi, bunu soyledik ve degistirdiler. Klima direk yatağa vurduğu için uzun süre çalıştıramadık ve oda çok küçük olduğu için içerisi çok sıcak oldu. Ayrıca tuvalet kapısı da bozuktu ve tuvalet de kirliydi. Bunlardan dolayi otelden sabah 5 gibi çıkmaya karar verdik ve cikacagimiz vakit lobide kimsenin olmadığını gördük. Lobi ışıkları kapatılmış, dış kapıya sürgü çekilmiş, ve kapalıydı. Sürgüyü açıp otelden dışarı çıktık. Lütfen burayı düşünüyorsanız iki defa düşünün çünkü bunun gibi bir tecrübe yaşayabilirsiniz.
