체크인, 체크아웃이 모바일로 너무나 편했습니다. 숙소도 청결했습니다. 바닥 타일 재질과 색이 처음에는 먼지가 많이 있는것 처럼 보였으나, 닦아보니 먼지가 묻어나오지 않더군요. 청결했습니다.

Fantastic value and great price! ​We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the overall value for the price. The loft layout was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. ​The location couldn't be better. It’s right near the waterfront and a huge wave park, with plenty of great restaurants just an easy walk away. Getting around the area without a car was completely hassle-free thanks to the convenient bus routes running nearby, and very affordable taxi! ​A great spot in a lovely neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

밤 늦은 시간도 아니고 프론트에 직원이 있는데도 셀프 체크인만 하라고 안내합니다. 프론트에서 안내해준 고객센터는 전화를 안받고.. 예약한 가족이 같이 안와서 체크인을 못하고 로비에 한참을 있었네요. 뒤늦게 고객센터 통화 되어서 체크인 하고 들어왔습니다. 수영을 하려다가 2만원이나 내기엔 시설이 아쉬워서 안했네요. 투숙객에게는 무료개방 하면 좋겠네요. 방은 좋았어요. 편히 쉬었습니다.

비대면으로 진행되어도 어렵지않고 원할하게 체크인, 아웃이 되었으며 문의사항도 톡으로 원할히 진행되어 좋았습니다 숙소 위치도 최고입니다❤️ 단지 청소상태에 좀 더 신경을 써 주시면 좋겠네요~~테이블에 컵 자국이 그대로 있더라구요~~나미지는 문제 없네요 조식도 가격 대비 만족합니다

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and had a great view. The breakfast was also neat and delicious, and it seemed like the menu changed every day, which my parents enjoyed. The hotel is in a perfect location to watch both the sunrise and sunset, so we had a wonderful time enjoying the view. it was a very satisfying trip.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and had basic facilities. Kitchen and kitchenware was set up nicely. One minor detail I would mention is that cleanliness. It’s not dirty or gross but lack on some aspects. The windows were foggy and dirty so I wouldn’t recommend paying for the partial ocean view you won’t be able to see it anyways (there’s no way to clean yourself). The black parts of the walls had white marks and scratches but that isn’t a big deal stuff happens. Overall great price and room.

The property and the suite was very nice. I loved the proximity to the Wave Park for surfing which I took advantage of. The only drawback was that there were not many restaurants (that were open) or shopping opportunities in the area. The staff at Le Collective were very helpful. We enjoyed the property just hoped for more to do in the area
