Well located. Walking distance to everything. Staff was helpful. We were two adults and two teenagers so the room was a bit small for us but still ok.

This was an incredible location. The bathroom not being in the room was a bit inconvenient but aside from that and the fact it was an old building and elevator and there were steps (not helpful when solo with tones of luggage!!) it was great all in all!

Overall a nice hotel in Florence. Large room enough for a family of four. Bathroom was small but nice and had a window for ventilation. Property was in a convenient spot being only around 10mins from main areas. Staff were friendly and polite but only there on certain days. Building felt safe and had a lovely historic feel to it. Overall recommend.

Beware, this is not a hotel. There is no front desk and requires over 24hrs to respond to any questions. Booked for a same night stay and was never given actual location, was never responded to about where location was, and was denied refund even though I had to book another property to stay. SCAMMER be warned.

We had an amazing stay here and honestly have nothing to complain about. The location is excellent. You can walk pretty much everywhere in Florence, and even when we were right in the city center, it took us less than 10 minutes to get back. Ponte Vecchio and many of the main attractions are very close, and there are plenty of restaurants, kebab places, bars and clubs nearby. There’s also a supermarket literally next door, which was incredibly convenient for buying food, drinks, or anything else we needed. The room itself was really nice and comfortable, and ours even had beautiful artwork painted on the ceiling, which gave it a very authentic Florentine feel. But the highlight of our stay was definitely Francesco. He was absolutely amazing with us. He helped us get a taxi, gave us recommendations and tips about the city, and even sent us a PDF with some of the best places to visit in Florence. We also arrived late and had to do a late check-in, and he made everything incredibly easy. I just called him, he immediately answered and helped us get inside without any problems. Great room, great location, and outstanding hospitality from Francesco. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
