This property could be a 5 star if they update the room, update the 60s kitchenette, take out the patio furniture from inside and get a coffee machene.. most importantly, the instructions to register yourself in another location are off.. the phone number on expedia is wrong.. i drove to another town mistakenly and apparently this happens often according to the manager. I would stay away ornprepare for disappointment.

Sitio tranquilo y cerca de la playa! El agua de la ducha al poco se ponía fría con la primera ducha, las toallas estaban rotas y en la cama se notaban los muelles. Por lo demás bien

Siisti ja rauhallinen

Erittäin siisti ja hyvä kuntoinen. Aluksi oli erittäin kylmä mutta se on normaalia portugalissa. Lämmitys kesti hetken mutta toimi. Mikro ei ottanut toimiakseen ja keittiössä oli muurahaisia mutta suosittelen silti. Rauhallisella alueella ja bussi menee 500m päästä joten pärjää ilman autoakin.

4 jours à Lagos très agréables

Très bien situé pour les plages, au calme, cette résidence accueille 10 appartements en co-location. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour aller au centre ville, sinon il faut encore marcher le soir. Les plages et les criques des alentours de Lagos sont magnifiques.

Третий год подряд останавливаемся в этом месте, чудесный и спокойный район, 5 минут пешком до красивейшего пляжа. Номер чистый и уютный, есть мини-кухня, на территории есть парковка и небольшой бассейн.

Wat geweldig is is de dagelijkse schoonmaak, het extra bed voor onze peuter dat kosteloos geplaatst werd en de dagelijks schone handdoeken. Wat tegenviel waren de bedden met echt hele erge veringen, wij zijn echt wat gewend maar dit was niet te doen. Wij hadden kamer No 2 daar waait het ontzettend op het terras, enige appartement zonder zijwand. Jammer dat het appartement niet onderhouden wordt wij waren 4 jaar geleden ook geweest maar nadien geen onderhoud verricht. Verder heerlijk rustig lekker zwembad en praia caniaval op loopafstand!

Residence calme.

Résidence avec piscine , équipement moyen. L'accueil se fait dans une autre résidence Et vous venez y retourner en voiture si vous voulez communiquer ou avoir du Wi Fi. Piscine et jardin sont bien clôturés et les enfants sont en sécurité.La décoration est assez ancienne mais c'est fonctionnel.

La vue est belle, la personne qui fait le ménage est aimable et serviable. Pas d'isolation ni thermique ni phonique. A notre arrivée, studio glacial malgré température extérieure douce. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Après réclamation, il a marché mais très bruyant. On entend bien la télévision des voisins mais la nôtre fonctionnait en pointillés. Le frigo aurait besoin d'être remplacé. Pas de table sur la terrasse. Les transats sont en mauvais état. Pas de cafetière. Pas de wifi. Réception et studio à deux adresses différentes.

Тихий, спокойный район. До ближайшего пляжа 5 мин. пешком (есть участок с крутым спуском). Для остального желательно наличие транспорта, можно велосипед. Идеально расположен для любителей пеших прогулок.

Magnifique vue et jolie plage juste à côté, tout le confort demandé, rien à redire à part le Wifi, impossible de s'y connecter dans le hall et chaises longues en plastique abîmées qui ont déchirée ma robe préférée...

Accueil lamentable

L'établissement s'est révélé extrêmement difficile à trouver, la rue n'apparaissant pas sur les plans de la ville. Nous avons fini par le découvrir par hasard après avoir tourné en voiture et à pieds dans le secteur durant plus de deux heures… Une fois arrivés, nous ne voyons personne. Pas âme qui vive ! L'arrivée d'un couple de résidents allemands permet d'apprendre que la réception (qui gère aussi deux autres établissements) se trouve à 1,5 km de là et n'ouvre que quelques heures dans la journée. Et il est trop tard ! Ces mêmes personnes finissent par dénicher sur leurs documents un numéro de téléphone utilisable. Par ce téléphone, quelqu'un nous guide difficilement, en très mauvais français, jusqu'à la réception (fermée) près de laquelle doit exister un boitier à code où se trouverait nos clés. Boitier introuvable. Quelqu'un finit par se déplacer pour nous délivrer nos clés. Nous avons perdu une demi-journée qui devait être occupée tout autrement.

Très bon séjour

Studio au premier étage ,petit coin cuisine, un grand balcon vue sur mer situé dans une résidence de 10 appartements(moins bien en rez de chaussée)parking privé, petite piscine avec des transats ,à moins d'un kilomètre de la plage ( à savoir une grande côte au retour de la plage). Résidence fermée .Ménage fait tous les jours.

It is in the middle of nowhere with no shops or bars nearby. Whilst the locale is very residential, it is a bit scary to go out on your own as there is no one around. The villa itself has no phone or reception and, being the only guest, I felt very vulnerable. 10 euros a night for the dog was also outrageous!

Realmente o local cumpriu com todas as expectativas. O quarto e a casa eram ótimos. O único problema foi em ter que fazer o check in em outro lugare não ser informado sobre isso. Perdemos uma hora para acertar esse problema e isso porque um hospedhóspede nos ajudou. No mais tudo bom.

gute Lage und Aufteilung der Appartements, sehr gut geeignet für Aufenthalte in der Nebensaison. Bei voller Belegung des Hauses dürfte man wenig Ruhe finden, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist.

Dünne Wände, laute Nachbarn. Dreckiges, altes Zimmer, schlecht gereinigt. Lage bei schönem Strand, aber weit entfernt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) und Innenstadt, fast nur mit Auto zu erreichen.

God beliggenhed i forhold til stranden

Vi startede med at have besær med at finde receptionen på trods af GPS koordinater og en helt ny GPS så passede det ikke, og da man i Portugal sjældent bruger husnr er det lidt bøvlet. Der var en fin service og venligt personale både i reseptionen og rengøringspersonale. De svigtede ganske vist rengøring en enkelt dag. På trods af at der står at der er fri WiFi er det til 5 euro pr dag og kun i receptionen der ligger ca 1 km fra lejligheden. Vi opnåede heller ikke at se fjernsyn i de 10 dage vi var der da det ikke virkede. Ellers ligger lejligheden fint i forhold til den gamle bydel ca 20 min. til fods. En dejlig by at holde ferie i og vi havde fantatastisk vejr.
