The hotel is a standalone building on a small lot with limited front desk hours which also changes at the owner’s will, but it does send out check in instructions via email. The room is small, although the facility looks clean and modern. The lobby area has a coffee machine that offers free coffee. Yet, the hotel room has no air conditioning, so in the summer, the room temperature can be pretty high and uncomfortable. There is an electric fan with room temperature display. On the day I checked in around 3pm, the room temp was 31 degree Celsius, by 10pm, it was still 31 degree. I strongly discourage people to book this hotel during summer time when outside temperature is high. It has a self laundry room where two washers and two dryers are available, wash cost 4 euros, and dry costs the same, but you have to buy token from the front desk which is not staffed between 3pm to 7am on my stay. So you have to wait until the morning to use the facility. Other than these inconveniences, the front desk guy is actually friendly and owner took calls before 11pm to answer questions promptly
