Initially the room was nice, until I went to plug my things in the outlets and found only two plugs in the entire room working. The bed was great—comfortable and cozy. Breakfast, however, turned out to not be what was proffered in the advertisement. Only a breakfast burrito was offered, the other four options had to be purchased. I was ok up to this point, until a 60 year-old naked homeless person walked off the elevator and went to the pool…. The sad part, the hotel is a fenced in property with armed guards. I paid for two days, but after the elevator incident, I asked to check out and be given a refund for my remaining visit. They told me to start the refund via Hotels.com. The rep called them three times, but the employee (not twenty feet away from me) declined each call. I received an email from Hotels.com stating that the Vitality Hotel claimed I took too long (even though it was well before their check out time) to check out and kept my money.
