I booked this hotel because a lot of the other higher end hotels were booked for the two nights stay I needed for a business trip to Lake Nona. For context, I stay at about 24-30 different hotel nights per year for business that’s a lot.
The building was brand new, very clean, spacious and nicely maintained. This property home to suites is a joint to a Hampton Inn as well so it’s two hotels in one. My first impression was there’s only one person at the desk at any given time and I think they need more help at the front since the people in front of me and Ihad to wait for the person to get off two phone calls before taking care of us.
Overall, staff is nice. The beds are very comfortable. The soaps and lotions are very basic nothing special.
The water pressure in my fourth floor room was not great in fact it was a drizzle.
I don’t think you can get a bad view in this neighborhood unless you’re looking at the main street. But everything is new in the area so it was nice. We’ll probably stay again my next trip to the area.
Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, but the food really tasted not so great for me. They don’t have a water dispenser in the lobby like a lot of other hotels too, but if you go into the gym, there’s a water dispenser in there to fill your Hydro flask.
